4. Caregiver-Client Relationship

Our caregivers are employees or contractors of Bitnoj Home Care and are trained to provide professional and respectful care. You agree to treat our caregivers with respect and to not solicit them for private employment or services outside of our company.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bitnoj Home Care is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services. While we take measures to ensure the quality of our caregivers and services, we cannot guarantee against all unforeseen incidents.

6. Termination of Services

Either you or Bitnoj Home Care may terminate services at any time with a specific notice period as outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a caregiver's safety is at risk, or if you violate these Terms of Service.
